Yes. Many of our projects are built on land our clients already own or are in the process of purchasing. During the consultation, we will confirm location fit, discuss access and site considerations, and outline the next steps to move forward.
What does the first consultation include?
The first consultation is a planning focused conversation to understand your goals, review what you have so far, and explain how our process works. We will discuss expectations, key decisions, and what information is needed to move into the next phase.
Do I need plans before we meet?
No. If you have plans, we can review them, but it is not required. If you are starting with ideas, inspiration, or rough concepts, we can still meet and help you clarify direction and identify the right next step.
