How soon will you respond after I submit the form?

We typically respond within one business day. If you submit outside normal hours, we will follow up the next business day to schedule your consultation or request any missing details.Yes. Many of our projects are built on land our clients already own or are in the process of purchasing. During the consultation, we will confirm location fit, discuss access and site considerations, and outline the next steps to move forward.

What happens after I request a consultation?

We review your information, confirm that your project is a fit for our build scope and service area, and then reach out to schedule an in person consultation. During that meeting, we will discuss your goals, walk through our process, and outline the appropriate next step.

Do I need plans before we meet?

No. Plans are helpful, but not required. If you have inspiration photos, rough ideas, or a basic wish list, we can still have a productive consultation and help you clarify direction and priorities.

Can you build on my land?

Yes. Many of our projects are built on client owned land. In the consultation, we will confirm location fit and discuss any site considerations that may impact planning, timeline, or project approach.

What areas do you build in?

We primarily build in Southeast Texas within roughly 150 miles of Bridge City. If you are outside that range, you can still submit the form and we will confirm whether your location is a fit.
